Welcome to Owl Creek Cabins! We want to ensure that your stay with us is as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. By booking a reservation at Owl Creek Cabins, you agree to the following policies and guidelines outlined below. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with them.
Reservations and Check-In
Reservations: To make a reservation, you can do so through our website, over the phone, or via email. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.
Same Day Reservations: Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. We do not take same day reservations.
Minimum Age: The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 18 years old.
Check-In / Check-Out Times: Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee.
Cabin Access: Upon booking a reservation with Owl creek cabins, you will be required to show a government issued photo ID that coincides with the credit that you used to make the reservation before you will be allowed to check in. Once validation is completed, you will receive the code to the front door. Instructions for use will be sent in a confirmation email. We are committed to making our property safe for all our guests.
Payment and Cancellation
Payment: We accept major credit cards for payment. Your credit card will be charged the full amount at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund, minus a non-refundable booking fee of $50 (subject to holidays). Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will be charged the full amount. No-shows or early departures will also be charged the full amount.
Holidays: No changes, refunds, or cancellations for US Holidays.
Bad Weather: We do live in the country and booking in the winter you may run into inclement weather, slippery roads, and possible power outages, but inclement weather does not allow guests to be non-paying.
Occupancy and Additional Guests
Maximum Occupancy: Each cabin has a maximum occupancy limit. Please ensure that your party does not exceed this limit.
Additional Guests: If you plan to have additional guests stay overnight, please inform us in advance. Additional fees may apply, depending on the cabin's capacity.
Smoking and Pets
Smoking: Smoking cigarettes and/or marijuana is strictly prohibited inside all cabins. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors. Guests found smoking in any of Owl Creek Cabins will incur an additional cleaning fee of $500.00
Pets: We love pets, but unfortunately, we have limited accommodations in our cabins. We can make arrangements for a maximum of two dogs up to 60 lbs. with prior approval only - subject to an additional $25 fee per pet, per night. Dogs must be leashed at all times while on the property and may not be left in the cabins unattended. Dogs must be house-trained and owners are responsible for picking up after their pets. Guest are subject to an additional fee of $500 for any damage caused by their pets. Please contact us for more information.
Housekeeping and Maintenance
Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. However, if you need fresh towels or linens, please let us know, and we will be happy to assist.
Maintenance Issues: If you encounter any maintenance issues during your stay, please report them to us immediately at 501-547-6883. We will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.
House Rules
Fire Pits: Fire pit rules are in the guest welcome book. If there is a fire ban implemented by the Forest Service, no fires will be allowed in the fire pits.
Candles: No candles are permitted inside the cabins.
Cleanliness: Please be neat, we have trash cans at the end of the property and in every kitchen.
Quiet Hours: We have quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful and relaxing environment for all guests.
Disturbances: Guests are expected to be considerate of others. Any disruptive behavior or excessive noise that disturbs other guests will not be tolerated.
Safety and Liability
Safety and Liability: Owl Creek Cabins is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur during your stay. Guests are responsible for their safety and well-being.
Wildlife: We are in the country really close to the National Forest. We have lots of wildlife including snakes, ticks, and raccoons just to name a few. Please be aware of your surroundings and be safe. It would be a good idea to roll up the windows on your vehicle at night. We have a few raccoons in the area that would love to get into that Fast Food bag you may have in your back seat.
Hunting: Hunting of any kind is STRICTLY PROHIBITED on the Owl Creek Cabins property.
Personal Belongings: Please ensure that you keep your valuables and personal belongings secure. The management is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Damages: By booking a reservation, you agree to be responsible for any and all damage done by myself and anyone in my party including both inside and outside of the cabins.
Illegal Activity: Any illegal activity on Owl Creek Cabin's property will be reported to the proper authorities and the Guest will be evicted from the property.
Cameras: For the safety and liability of our guests and the property, there is a security camera placed at the entrance of the property.
Right to Refuse Service
While we strive to be welcoming and accommodating, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our policies, fails to provide valid payment, or poses a threat to the well-being and enjoyment of others. We believe that enforcing this policy helps create a pleasant and secure environment for all our valued guests.
Refusal of service does not exempt the guest from any financial obligations. Any unused portion of the stay may be forfeited, and any outstanding charges will still apply.
